Steps To Reproduce:
Zoom in close on a waveform. Insert two points into the envelope that are very close in time coordinate and very different in height. Ctrl-drag a sample that is left of the transition. This is meant to move one sample only. Drag the mouse left and right of the envelope transition. Observe that the sample jumps up and down. Drag the mouse across the transition, then up and down. Observe that the sample does not stay at the same height as the pointer.
