GA: It would not then be left unsorted if EFFECTS_CATEGORIES was on.

WORKS FOR ME

When I group by type, Nyquist Prompt has its own category.  That seems fine to me.  This is an enhancement request, but I think it has become irrelevant with the new Nyquist Tools prompt.  Nyquist Prompt will continue to be for effects, and Nyquist Tools Prompt IS the Utility version.
