Steps To Reproduce:
1 Install a theme following the instructions at http://jcsu.jesus.cam.ac.uk/~hdc21/design/audacity/ . 2 In 2.0.6 the waveform takes the Theme colour. In 2.1.0 and 2.1.1-alpha, the waveform colour is unaffected.

Most likely the theme colour has moved on ImageCache.png.  So it will just be a case of updating that to match.

We never promised that old themes would work with newer Audacity, and that is one reason we disabled the feature.

The changing of waveform colours IS available, IF you update the colour swatches in the right place.  The colours have moved.  Tooltips (use the htm file to view the png) now tell you where to.  We can give distraught users desolate because they can't use an old legacy theme the instructions for how to find where the colours are, so they can use an image editor and fix the colours exactly as they like themselves.  We can also give them an example of a theme that does change the colours.
