Now that we have got used to having (and using) the Factory Presets in effects/generators and analyzers - it would be useful if we could have such a reset for each individual Preferences dialog pane.

Note that this is not the same as the enhancement discussed in Bug #363 

This should probably not be tackled before 2.1.2 release.
