Correct view of mixerboard

Changing Meter Toolbar preferences causes the meters in the Mixerboard to become too wide, which pushes the vertical scale to the right where the numbers become partially obscured.

I don't see this bug in Audacity 2.2.1 or later. Unless anyone else can reproduce it, I think this bug can be closed.

On windows the meter toolbar options changes (linear to/from dB) don't seem to make any difference at all to the mixer board. Is that a bug, and if so is it a new one that is hiding this one?

Preferences->Interface->dB Meter range does make a difference, and seems to work fine on windows.

Same here on Linux. Changing the meter toolbar options has no effect on the Mixer board. If it's supposed to, then that's a bug, but I don't know if it's supposed to or not. What does the code say?
Comment 5 James Crook 2019-08-07 07:08:15 UTC
2.3.2 doesn't either. Logically it should change. If you prefer a linear meter in the toolbar, you prefer it in Mixer board too (OR we'd provide an option in the mixer board to change it).

I've opened a new Enh bug for that, and closed this one.

The enhancement bug is bug 2190
