Steps To Reproduce:
1) Launch Audacity and add at least one track 2) Open Mixer Board 3)In "Preferences > Interface", change the Meter range. The meters on the Mixer Board are not updated.

Meters on the Mixerboard are not updated when the meter range is changed in 
"Edit > Preferences > Interface".

Works fine on W10 and macOS Sierra with latest alphas 08Dec16

Testing with Audacity 2.3.3 alpha on Xubuntu 18.04, this bug appears to be fixed.
Closing as fixed.
