Leveller dialog showing "... leveling"

The Leveller effect plugin has an inconsistency in its dialog.

The command to invoke is Effect > Leveller

The dialog banner is named "Leveller"

But the first dropdown box is labelled:
"Degree of Leveling"

So we should rreally be consistent in our usage.
(BTW my OED confirms that either the single "L" form or the double are perfectly acceptavle.)

1) The simplest solution would be to change the labelof the first dropdown box in the dialog to the double-L version.

2) More consistently with our stated consistency usage would be to change to the single-L version throughout as that is US English usage I believe.

The Manual is already inconsistent too - the page is titled "Leveler" Gale noted in an ednote back in 2013 with a P2 "Effect is now misnamed as "Leveller" so this page wants moving and then search for and rename links."

But of course the dialog image, that I updated recently, shows the command and dialog as "Leveller"

Mind you Bill noted 4 years ago:

Bill 27Aug2012: I would hope that the Leveler will soon be dropped from Audacity. If I understand the history correctly, this was added for use with CleanSpeech at a quick and dirty (very dirty!) compressor that could be used in a chain. It introduces unacceptable distortion (IMO) when used as a compressor. It has some (very limited) use as a "distorted vocal" effect. So, I'd rather lobby for its removal rather than spend more time documenting it.

See relate Bug #1255 "Leveler effect not fit for purpose" which recommends the removal of this effect.

Resolved by the fix for bug 1255.
