Steps To Reproduce:
1) Generate some noise. 2) Make two non-overlapping labels. 3) Make a new empty folder. 4)Export Multiple. Check "Overwrite existing files." Choose the empty folder. Choose radio defaults (Labels, and Using Label/track name.) Choose 16 bit wav. 5) Hit Export. 6) Result is that the same path is written twice and you get only one file not two. The other two radio choices for naming of files do not suffer this problem.

Testing on W10 with audacity-2.3.3-alpha-267-f320612f10e44f212c28175a57172a5811d30608

This looks to be working properly - 3 use cases

1) 2 range labels with no text in the labels - result 2 wav files exported: untitled.wav and untitled-2.wav

2) 2 range labels with same text "label" in the labels - result 2 wav files exported: label.wav and label-2.wav

3) 2 range labels with differeebt text in the labels - result 2 wav files exported: first.wav and second.wav

Repeating the Export Multiple in all 3 use cases results (properly) in the existing wav files being overwritten

Testing on macOS 10.14.5 Mojave with 2.3.3 alpha jc001

I get the same good results as in Comment #1 for Windows

And as this is marked "Repeatable all" I shall close this as RESOLVED FIXED
