Steps To Reproduce:	1 Open Chirp, click "Manage" then "About" and observe that the middle of the description is truncated with an ellipsis. 2 The amount of truncation depends what x co-ordinate the effect is positioned at, therefore there is less truncation if the effect is dragged to either left or right edge of the monitor because this allows more width for the dialog.
Release Note:	Not a regression on 2.1.1. Does not affect Windows or Linux (GNOME). Adding a line break in the source code does not add a line break in the GUI. Several other shipped effects with longer descriptions are affected such as DTMF generator. This will affect other shipped effects as they are converted to real-time preview. When

I did not see this on a MacbookPro running 10.10.2.  If I change DTMF tones to repeat "telephones" seven times, I see an ellipsis in the middle of the message.

Testing on macOS10.14.5 with 2.3.2 and 2.3.3 alpha jc001

I see no such truncation on either the released vn. or the alpha vn.

So I assume this has been fixed - possibly by work elsewhere
