Testing on W10 and Mac on r145a54d 05Jul16

Tests ok on both platforms - no negative start times for the label followin the steps to reproduce

I don't understand from the steps to reproduce where the negative time was displayed, but at "c9422aa" I cannot reproduce anything like the steps on Ubuntu 14.04. I looked at the times in Labels Editor and in the exported labels.txt file.

Also after scrolling left of zero I disabled the "Scrolling left of zero" preference and the label times were still correct.

Scrolling left of zero was the easy way to see the unintended change to the label start time. The time was perhaps one second left of zero. Perhaps zoomed far out, it was less obvious.

Maybe this happened only on Mac? I know I saw it happen.
