See http://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1331#c1 and http://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1331#c2 for reference and crashes already fixed.

Fixing this bug would extend enh bug 1331 to Mac, meaning that users could no longer use SPACE for rapid play of adjusted selections with mouse held down.

This bug stays at P4 while no crashes are being reported but the platform difference is mentioned in the release note for bug 1331.

Testing on macOS 10.14.5 with 2.3.2

I can't for the life of me make it crash when issuing shotcuts with the mose button hel down - though just why anyone would want or need to do so is beyond me ...

Since no crashes have been reported in the two years since Gale last added to this bug thread, I shall close this as not a bug.

If we do get crashes later we can log them then ...
