When a shortcut is set for scrub and / or seek, the shortcut is not shown in Transport>Scrubbing menu.

Testing on W10 audacity-win-r53bb478-2.1.3-alpha-12-aug-16

Works for me on Windows and Mac El Capitan

I see the shortcuts in Ubuntu (GNOME). Could be Xfce-specific? 

Are any other user-added bindings being added to the menus?  

Are the Scrubbing shortcuts listed in audacity.cfg?
