Steps To Reproduce:
Add a 10 minute track, zoom to fit, tracks->remove-tracks, undo. The zoom is not preserved. Expected behaviour: Zoom was the same as before remove-tracks. I also see this on recovery of a project.

Add a 10 minute track, zoom to fit, tracks->remove-tracks, undo.  The zoom is not preserved.  I also see this on recovery of a project.  I think it's a regression and that the zoom factor was more natural on older Audacity.

The choice not to record zoom on the undo stack is a design choice.  IF we recorded it, we would also have to record window size and scroll position.  That is probably not such a good idea.  So marking as INVALID
