Steps To Reproduce:
1 New Project, 44100 Hz, as this is known to reproduce the issue. Create mono or stereo audio 38 hours long (this length is known to reproduce the issue). You could generate silence then a few minutes tone at the start and end of the track. 2 Ensure you have sufficient disk space then export the entire audio as FLAC, MP3 or OGG. WAV reproduces the issue too, but WAV files over 4 GB are invalid. Other formats not tested. 3 The export will finish early, producing a valid truncated file. On Windows 10 it normally finishes at 11 hours 07 minutes 1.9 seconds (1 764 965 978 samples). On Mac it normally finishes after about 11.5 hours. Not tested on Linux, but I assume this applies to "All" platforms. 4 There does not seem any linear relationship to project rate. With a 38 hour track, 88200 Hz leads to the file finishing at about 10 hours (Windows) or 10 hours 50 minutes (Mac). 5 If the length of track in step 1 is instead 18 hours or 25 hours at 44100 Hz, the export completes.
Release Note:
GROUP: Exports * '''Exporting very long files over one day in length may result in the export being shortened to a valid file about 10 or 11 hours long.''' A length of 38 hours is known to have this problem. No warning is given of the shortened file. As a ''Workaround:''' export shorter sections not exceeding one day.

Testing on both W10-CE audacity-win-r36dcddf-2.2.0-alpha-19-jul-17
and on macOS Sierra 10.12.5 with Cliff's latest build of 19Jul17

1) Create 38 hours of white noise.
2) Export to MP3
3) on Windows file is 1.41GB on Mac file is 1.58GB
4) Close Audacity
5) Reopen audacity
6) import the MP3 files
7) on both platforms you get the full 38 hours of audio

So looks to be ok on both Windows and Mac.

Note for Linux testing: this test takes a long elapsed time !
