Steps To Reproduce:	1 Generate 20s or so audio, add a couple of labels a comfortable distance apart. 2 Open Karaoke window which gives it focus. 3 Observe that most navigation and transport shortcuts work OK e.g. Space, P, X, "." and ",". 4 With focus still in the Karaoke window, Space to start playback then use Left or Right arrow to seek during playback. This shortcut has no effect. After using it, playback/navigation does not respond to any shortcuts used when Karaoke window has focus. To give control back to the Karaoke window, move to the main project window then Stop and Start/Stop playback. 5 With focus still in the Karaoke window, use Alt + Right or Alt + left to move to the next/previous label, with or without playback.This shortcut has no affect, but does not cause Karaoke window to stop passing on shortcuts.

Only tested on Windows. Shortcuts can't usually be called from the focused Karaoke window on Linux (bug 1658).

Tested on W10 audacity-win-e984211-2.2.0-alpha-21aug17
and on macOS Sierra 10.12.6 e984211 21aug17

On both platforms with the Karaoke window focussed the shortcuts all work, specifically the left and right arrows to skip and ALT+Left/Right arrows to skip o next/previous labels.

Does Gale's comment #0 therefore mean that this bug can be closed as RESOLVED QUICKFIXED ?

Or does it stay open until we fix bug #1658 ?

Gale did not set this bug to depend on bug 1658, and so this bug can close.  That other bug is tracked, so there is not a problem.
