Steps To Reproduce:
1 Create some mono audio (the problem does not reproduce with stereo tracks). 2 Select All if necessary. 3 Edit > Duplicate twice to give four tracks, then fit to height (Ctrl + Shift + F). Track Dropdown Menu and Track Close Menu are still visible. 4 Duplicate once and fit to height. On my Linux netbook I now can't see the Track Dropdown Menu or Track Close [X] button. Mousing over where they should be does not help. I have to click the Track Collapse button to display the invisible items in that track, or to restore the missing items in all tracks, use Collapse All Tracks in View Menu. 5 Repeat Step 4 as necessary until your machine reproduces the problem. I only need one more iteration of Step 4 for a total of 16 tracks to reproduce the problem on my external monitor on Windows or macOS.

Regression on 2.1.3. Borderline P1/P2 but I still go for P1. It will be very annoying if released like this.

RESOLVED QUICKFIXED
Works fine for me with 64 channels. Also checked with some stereo too, a MIDI track and a Label Track. Also reviewed code change. All looks good. Label Track is not resized by Ctrl+Shift+F. I regard that as an OK design decision, and not an issue.
