Steps To Reproduce:	1) Double click on the track Gain slider to open the Gain dialog. 2) Enter a value between +/- 36 that is noticeably different from the current value. Note that the slider does not move. 3) Tab to the slider. The slider still indicates the original setting.

When entering track or pan values by text entry in the dialog window, the slider in the dialog window does not update. (compare with the behaviour in other dialog windows, such as the Amplify effect).

Not sure when it was fixed, but works for me in 2.2.2 and 2.3.0 alpha.

Re Comment #1, I think this previously was working in one direction only, slider to text control but not text control to slider.

Testing on macOS 10.13.3 High Sierra on  audacity-macos-nightly-2.3.0-afe09bb.dmg - 28.43 MB | version: 2.3.0--26Mar18

Working fine now in both directions on Mac in 2.3.0 (did not wortk on Mac in 2.2.2)

Testing on W10 with Audacity 2-3-0 20180408-110

Working fine on Windows too
