Steps To Reproduce:
Open Keyboard preferences. Choose any radio button. Pick any line. In 3 themes, the rectangle is black and the text is unreadable. In Hi Contract, the rectangle is green.

The problem bisects to commit b24560a1340c5e9d23b366e58bc8efaeb0347fb4 by James.

Testing on macOS Sierra 10.12.5 with Cliff's nightly build of 22Jul17

In Prefs > Keyboard now clicking on a command entry in the dialog now has a backgroung that renders the command perfectly readable 0 black text on a lightish blue background.

Still ok on W10 audacity-win-rf1aa916-2.2.0-alpha-23-jul-17

So I'll closse thsi bug as resolved quickfixed
