Description Steve Daulton 2017-12-03 08:26:59 UTC
Paul L indicates that this is a separate issue from bug 1765, so logged as a new issue.

This is a regression on Audacity 2.1.2.

In Audacity 2.1.2, files imported by a Chain would zoom to fit. This allows the user to see the affect of the Chain commands on the audio as they happen.

As of Audacity 2.1.3, this no longer happens, and as Chains prevent user interaction, there is now no way to see more than the first few seconds of the audio waveform being processed.
