Steps To Reproduce:	1. Use the mw2html script to fetch a local copy of the manual Notice that the internationalisation language choice headers are included on the local pages (showing just English). The front page and FAQ are two examples. These headers should not be present.

Fixed by an update to the template in wiki.  I added class="noexport" to the div that surrounds the translation header.

Moved straight to RESOLVED FIXED.  This was a bug in collateral related to Audacity, not in the Audacity executable, and does not require further testing.
