Steps To Reproduce:
1. Import a MIDI file. 2. Import a second MIDI file (this can be the same as the first one; we just need 2 note tracks) 3. Pin the playback head 4. Begin playback 5. Hover over one of the channel toggles. Observe that the hover indication also appears on the other track's channel toggle

Description Poke 2018-01-09 02:08:26 UTC
The hover indication for channel toggles on a note track shows on all tracks, when the other tracks re-render.

This is easiest seen when using playback with a pinned head since that causes all tracks to repeatedly re-render, but it can also be done via opening and then closing the start menu (but that is more finicky).

I observe this on w10 with the pinned play-head but not with the unpinned play-head.

Occurs on 2.2.2 alpha JC008 18Jan08, 2.2.1 and 2.2.0 - so not a regression

Just now I reproduced with the unpinned play-head; however I needed to zoom in a lot so that only ~5 seconds of the song were visible; when it automatically scrolled then the second hover indicator appeared.

I'm pretty sure it's only an issue when the track re-renders, which means if you can see the whole track it won't be an issue (the cursor moving evidently does not cause a re-render with unpinned playback).

Tested on W10 with 2.2.2 JC007 24Jan18 e82fcf9549052de8ed77a448abd274f93b3c63dc

Now works fine with no replication of toggling in the other tracks.

Checked that it was fine in macOS 1.13.2 with latest nightly alpha,
