Steps To Reproduce:	1. Import a MIDI file. 2. Zoom to the maximum extent (either right-click and select "Zoom Reset" or shift+right-click if advanced zooming is enabled). 3. Save the project. 4. Close and reopen the project. 5. Observe that while the minimum note was saved (Still on C -1) the pitch height was reset to 5 and most notes are now off-screen.

Relates to Bug 1815.  This is confusing, because the bottom note is saved, but the top note is not (as a result of not saving this height).

After looking further, wave tracks actually don't save zoom state at all; maybe it would be better for note tracks also to not do that (but there's little use for it on wave tracks while it is useful on note tracks, especially with the default zoom not always showing everything).

Testing on W10 this is now fixed by Pokes recent changes
