This emerged as residual from the closure of Bug 272

Export Multiple has no "?" help button - it is a fairly complex command and would benefit from a link to the Manual - this page:

Similarly for Export Audio which should link in the Manual here:
https://alphamanual.audacityteam.org/man/File_Export_Dialog

I've added a help button the Export Multiple dialog:

I don't know how to add a button to the normal Export dialog, so that is still to do.

Testing on W10 with audacity-win-2.3.0-alpha-217c126

We now have a "?" help button for the Export Multiple dialog and it targets the correct page in the Manual.

Testing on W10 with audacity-2.3.0-alpha-79

We now have a "?" help button on the Export Audio dialog.

I do note that when I link from here to the online Manual as prompted I get sent to the page in the 2.3.0 alpha Manual.


In contrast, with the new help button in Export Multiple the target page is in the Released 2.2.2 Manual.
