Steps To Reproduce:	1. Set language to Hebrew 2. Restart Audacity. 3. Go into Tools->Screenshot 4. Go into Effects->Truncate Silence Observe that: A: The buttons inside static box boundaries in Screenshot tool are missing. B: The combo boxes in Truncate Silence is missing.

In my testing observations A & B are both fine.
There is also a new preferences option (enabled by default) to use the LTR order in these cases.

We could close this bug, or reopen with updated steps that note the 'LTR' use where we might expect 'RTL'.

A and B both look OK AFAICT

But the welcome mat looks decidedly squiffy  - technical term ;-)
