Steps To Reproduce:
1 Generate tone 2 Tracks > Add New > Time Track 3 Set lower and upper speed limit to 125% (exact speed up values don't matter) 4 Ruler warps to left (therefore suggesting track will be longer rather than shorter), similarly warps to right when slowing down.
Release Note:
Time Track: When setting warping using Set Range in the dropdown menu, the warp ruler indicates an incorrect length for the audio track underneath

Warp does go in correct direction when using envelope tool

svn r10724 probably fixes this bug

Checked on Win 7 and Ubuntu (using libsamplerate) - seems fine. So "Resolved-fixed".
