Steps To Reproduce:	Click on the track name. Notice that text box that appears is much smaller than in Audacity 2.0.2.

The text box for entering the track name is tiny (much smaller than in Audacity 2.0.2), making it difficult to see what you are typing if the track name is more than about 8 characters.

Se as P5 as it does not affect functionality, and it is probably an easy fix, but it is still a regression with regard to UX.

Testing on W10 with audacity-2.3.3-alpha-252-88dc11f525215cea57f7a89b0038fc7d40a50149

This now looks to be fixed for 2.3.3 on Windows

Testing on macOS 10.14.5 with 2.3.3 alpha jc001

This looks to be fixed properly on Mac too.
