Bug #536 OD computation stalls if applying effect before aliased waveform computation completes - and subsequent crash

Bug #538 Windows: OD without seeking: an effect can be applied to a selection before the aliased computation is made, silencing the audio.

Bug #555 Export fails without warning if missing alias file even if current project state no longer depends on it

Bug #1869 Closing Audacity when uncompressed file imported "faster" aliased are used can sometimes cause a crash
