Corruption of stored and retrieved Filter Curve curve

The two new EQ effects do not retrieve stored EQ curves correctly - corruption occurs on the right.

The attached image shows what happens with filter curve creating and saving a W-shape  - on retrieving this curve the right arm of the W-shape is flattened horizontally at -30db.  Image shows both before and after.

Similar occurs with Graphic EQ

Tested on W10 with audacity-2.3.3-alpha-330-8031bf7c1458bf7cc5c4437e160edf8580af0513

Works OK on W10 - tested a W shape with Filter Curves ad Graphic EQ
