10 "factory" EQ presets in 2.2.3 and earlier

For 2.3.3 the old Equalization effect (with its two modes) is being replaced by two effects Filter Curve and Graphic EQ.

The two new effects only have the Manage button  to manage presets (user and "Factory" - there are no "factory #" presets available in either effect.

Contrast this with the old Equalization effect in 2.3.2 and earlier which in addition to the Mange button, also had a Save/Manage Curves where a set of 10 useful presets was pre-loaded for the user (see attachment)

So effectively we have created a regression by removing these presets - and I suspect we will get complaints from users.  Hence marking this as P2 regression (marginal P1)

The canny user could (in theory) use the Export button in 2.3.2 Equalization to export the curves.

But sadly the Manage buttons in Filter Curve and Graphic EQ have Import and Export buttons but thes are grayed out and are inoperable (in common with other EGAs with a Manage button)
