The "?" help button on the Loudness Normalization effect links to the non-existent page: loudness.html
It should link to the page: loudness_normalization.html

Problem also existed in Audacity 2.4.2.

I upgraded this to P3 and added a Release Note and a Workaround,

We really should be fixing this for 3.0.0 and I support Steve's flagging for "Quickfix-Requested"
