1) New Project 2) Add Stereo Track 3) Generate Chirp 4) Click somewhere and Split 5) Resize window so only left channel is visible 6) Click on clip boundary to join it - Audacity scrolls track view so right channel is visible - clip boundary is removed from both channels 7) Undo - Audacity scrolls track view so left channel is visible - clip boundary is restored 8) Click on the clip boundary to join it - Audacity scrolls track view so right channel is visible - clip boundary is NOT removed from the right channel

If only one channel of a stereo track is visible in the tracks window and a split is added or removed, it will sometimes only occur in the visible channel.

This can be difficult to reproduce, but fortunately Bill managed to figure out repeatable steps. (See: Steps to Reproduce)

This bug has been seen in Audacity 2.3.3 through 3.0.0.

Testing on W10 with Audacity 3.0.0 6050edb3cadb 64-bit

This mow works properly on Windows - at Step * the clip boundary IS removed from the right channel

This now works properly on Mac too - at Step * the clip boundary IS removed from the right channel
