Steps To Reproduce:
1) Launch Audacity 2) Look at Status bar 3) Observe: it says "Stopped" 4) In Interface prefs change language to Deutsch 5) Look at Status bar 6) Observe: it still says "Stopped" 7) Get some audio and play it 8) Press Stop 9) Look at Status bar 10) Observe: it is now properly translated as "Gestoppt"

When changing the Audacity language the Status bar is not updated until further actions are made.

All other GUI elements are updated as soon as the language change is OK'd in Interface preferences\

Testing on W10 with Audacity 3.0.0 907e830

The translation of the Status bar now occurs immediately on changing the language in Interface prefs
