Split from bug 113.

Error Log is very user-unfriendly for figuring out the errors and the files involved. Early Betas had at least some kind of listing, which was useful.

GA suggests: 

* a clear single entry for each whole audio file (WAV or AIFF) that they
deleted/moved/renamed (with full path and extension) 

* a clear single entry for each .au or .auf that is missing or orphaned (with
full path and extension)

* each error category shows the number of affected files in brackets
