The Import / Export Preferences page in the pulled Manual is actually a file
"_export_preferences.html" inside a folder "help\manual\man\import_" (though
the link to it from the local Manual works OK).

CLOSED. The issue was worked around by replacing "/" in the actual page URL with "-".
