Steps To Reproduce:	Run the following code in Nyquist Workbench on any track selection: ;type process ;name "" Then run any effect from "below the line"in the Effect menu. The wrong effect is applied.

Running code in Nyquist Workbench that includes the ;type and ;name headers, pushes all effects of that type that occur "below the line" out of menu order.

This appears to be fixed in 2.1.1.
