Steps To Reproduce:	Create a project with 2 tracks. Solo one track and save the project. Set Prefs -> Tracks -> Solo Button behaviour to "None". The solo track is still "soloed" but because there is no solo button it cannot be un-soloed. Close Audacity. Re-open the saved project. One track appears to be muted but cannot be un-muted.

When the solo button is set to "none" in preferences, opening a project that has been saved with a track set to "solo" appears to have all other tracks muted with no way of un-muting them.

Currently the behaviour of solo/mute when "solo" is set to "None" appears to be the same as when "solo" is set to "Standard" except there is no "solo" button visible. The problem could perhaps be resolved if the behaviour was the same as "simple" then the apparently "muted" tracks could be un-muted.

Thanks, Austin. I tested on Windows. I'll mark this "patch_ready" from my point of view as I find that it allows the muted track to be unmuted thence the original behaviour of Solo = "None" is retained.

Tested on Mac, seems OK. RESOLVED - FIXED.
