Steps To Reproduce:
1 Open Keyboard Preferences, choose "Effect" 2 Set a shortcut for an effect underneath the divider in the Effects menu, for example "F9" for "Delay" 3 Set a shortcut for a built-in effect for example "F10" for "Amplify" 4 Set a command in this or another category to the binding you chose for "Amplify". Instead of naming the effect for which the binding is taken, it says "Effect0". 5 Now set a command to the binding you chose for "Delay". Instead of naming the effect for which the binding is taken, it says "EffectPlugin4".
