Using the NVDA screen reader on windows, when the Audacity window recieves the focus, or when a user reads the title bar (insert + t), nvda reads the title of the main audacity window as "frame".
The patch corrects this, so that the correct title is read.
(The title of the window allows users of screen readers to quickly check where they are, and so is very useful.)
