Steps To Reproduce:
1 Import or record some stereo music 2 Export as 24-bit PCM WAV 44100 Hz 3 Convert to Wavpack lossless with Wavpack http://www.wavpack.com/downloads.html or dBPowerAmp (this makes a 24-bit file by default) 4 Import Wavpack file and play. Phase inversion means that the result is silence (also you can confirm by waveform examination).

Description Gale Andrews 2012-12-11 16:38:47 UTC
Only tested on Windows with stereo files but assumed it affects all platforms and also mono 24-bit Wavpack files.

Does not affect import of 16-bit Wavpack.

Assumed an Audacity rather than FFmpeg bug on the grounds that converting the Wavpack file from Step 3 to WAV in FFmpeg at the command-line does not create a phase-inverted file.

Also FWIW MixPad does not show phase inversion importing 24-bit Wavpack files.

I can't reproduce this in HEAD on Windows using FFmpeg 2.2.2 or in standalone FFmpeg 2.2.2 if I convert to 24-bit PCM.

Also I can't now reproduce it in 2.0.3 release on Windows (using FFmpeg 0.8) which would have been released off HEAD shortly after the date of the bug report.

Just going to close WORKSFORME.
