GA: Transport menu: disable all six items in first divider ("Play" to "Skip to End" inclusive). Tracks Menu: Disable "Mute All Tracks" and "UnMute All Tracks" (and change "UnMute" to "Unmute").

In the Transport menu:
Play - not grey
Loop Play - not grey
Pause - IS grey
Stop - is grey

In the Transport Toolbar:
Pause - IS enabled
Play - is disabled
Stop - is disabled

"Pause" is valid in an empty project and should not be greyed out.
"Play" is not valid in an empty project and should be greyed out and the button
disabled.

No complaints made after my testing and Vaughan's commit, so RESOLVED - FIXED.
