If "Help (in web browser)" is opened while the Contrast tool is open, and the help folder is not installed locally, then the built-in browser window opens behind the Contrast tool GUI.

Doesn't happen on Win or Mac. 

Screenshot Tools has the same symptoms so amended title to mention Contrast and Screenshot Tools.

Title changed because the Contrast dialog no longer cause the problems as of cd11dde.

The reason it was happening is that the Contrast dialog was created without a parent.  Giving the Contrast dialog a parent corrected the issue.

Same holds true for the Screenshot tools.  The same solution could be applied there as well.

This appears to be fixed in Audacity 2.3.3 alpha, probably due to an update to the screenshot tools some time during the last 4 years.
Closed as Fixed.
