Steps To Reproduce:	1) Set "from" and "to" speeds to 45 Percent change now = 0.0 2) Move the slider. "from" is now set at "n/a" Note the "percent change" setting. 3) Change the "from" speed to 78. Vinyl settings now say: from: 78 to: n/a The "percent change" setting has changed.

When "To" speed is set at "n/a", any setting of "from" speed is meaningless, so should not affect the percent change. But as seen in the "steps to reproduce", the percent change may be incorrectly updated.

Fixed in new version of Change Speed effect.
