patch

When the selection on the drop down list box is changed, the toolbar is
recreated. This causes problems for screen readers, in particular for Jaws
which can misread both the name of the list box, and the item selected.

The attached patch shows/hides controls when the list box is changed, and this
fixes the problem.

The patch was applies by James at r13659 (thanks).
Jaws and NVDA now both read the wxChoice control correctly.

DEVEL-FIX-MADE. Even if the bug is actually still there, it's not a show stopper and doesn't need a release note. PX->P4.

NVDA on Win7, VoiceOver on OS X 10.9.5 and Orca on Ubuntu 14.04 read the dropdown OK for me after it's been changed.
