Description Gale Andrews 2015-01-30 13:21:22 UTC
Keyboard handling changes committed long ago http://sourceforge.net/p/audacity/mailman/message/14807605/ are the cause.

The issue can be moderately noticeable on GNOME desktop on slower machines and sometimes under Unity. I don't see it at all on Unity on physical machines but Leland sees it on Unity in a virtual machine.

This should no longer be an issue since we don't fiddle with the menu shortcuts any longer.

DEVEL FIXMADE per comment 1.
Comment 3 Steve Daulton 2018-04-23 07:55:54 UTC
I don't have a slow machine to test on, but in testing I see no indication of this bug and have seen no reports about it on the forum, so I've marked as Test-OK-Lin.
