Steps To Reproduce:
1 Add some audio. 2 Standard-scrub or scroll-scrub at the end of the track. Playback does not cease when the playhead reaches the end of the track although playback can (correctly) be brought back by reverse scrub.

Confirmed fixed in 2.1.1 20May15 rd7ffab7 tested on W7-HP 64-bit.

Correct behavior obtains at either end of an audio track.

The previous fix was inadequate.

A better fix, for double click and shift scrubbing too:  https://github.com/audacity/audacity/commit/4ba7a82ec928af9137cf9e0f5e05e8c0c43a2d58

Please verify again.

Testing on 2.1.1 25May r45e70b6 on W7 64-bit

Correct behavior now appears the be the case at both ends of the audio as reported in Bug #925

Tests ok on the Macbook Pro El Capitan - and on my W10 laptop
