Description Peter Sampson 2015-05-20 08:42:30 UTC
2.1.1 20May15 rd7ffab7 - new UI

After a double-click scrub the Play cursor no longer works, though playback still works, just without the cursor - no green triangle and vertical black line through the track(s).

If you have more than one project open then after the double-click scrub in any one of them, then there is no play cursor (or a stationary paly cursor while playing) in any of the projects.

In contrast the Record cursor does work after double-click scrub.

The condition appears to be consistent - to get the play cursor back you have to close your project(s) and restart Audacity.

I have set this initially at P2 - but it could easily be considered P1 imo.

This is a regression on the last version with the previous UI: 2.1.1 19May r21d6994

On thinking about this further the absence of a Play cursor while Audacity is playing is a regression on all previous versions of Audacity - hence I am upgrading this to P1

Thanks, Peter. Fixed on Mac and Linux too AFAICT.
