Quite rightly an active or paused recording is not interrupted by a scrubbing gesture.

But if you issue a scrubbing gesture while recording and then stop the recording you find that Audacity has been left in scrubbing-mode rather than normal play or record mode. 

This, for me, is unexpected behavior.

Pressing Play or Record will revert to "proper" behavior - as will stopping the scrubbing with Stop button or spacebar.

This is a regression on the last version with the previous UI:  2.1.1 19May r21d6994

But obviously not a regression on 2.1.0 as we don't have scrubbing in that release

I upgraded this to P3 as I believe as a minimum it should be release-noted.

QUICKFIXED I think then, given the bug never got into 2.1.1 release.
